Sky News host Alan Jones says democracy and human rights are dead in Victoria and there are not many left who will defend them.

The Supreme Court has ruled Melbourne’s controversial coronavirus curfew - which stopped residents from leaving their homes during the height of Victoria's deadly second wave - was legal. The legal challenge was spearheaded by a café owner on the Mornington Peninsula who argued the curfew was a violation of human rights.

However, Supreme Court Judge Tim Ginnane ruled while the curfew was unprecedented and a strain on human rights, it was warranted and proportionate to the emergency health situation at the time. “Now, this disgraceful Andrews government is going to pursue this café owner for costs,” Mr Jones said. “Send another innocent Victorian broke. “I am telling you; democracy and human rights are dead in Victoria. “And there are not many of us left to defend them.

Doesn't Jones have a dirty public toilet that he needs to lurk in for his upcoming social undistancing?

ZubSpike If it was AFRICA human rights would be the second word said in cov19 law .But no racism rules .

Can you please tell me how to get Sky News off my Twitter feed?

JumpsFrog That's true....the left are a rabid lot in Victoria....Not trusted by sane Victorians.

Lockdown proven to NOT work & easing in Melb RESULT of pushbacks protests docs & nurses speaking out etc Low case numbers FUDGED to save face. Moron Dan supporters pitch that its his success. Ppl dying from covid as accurate as baby dying from Lindy Chmbrln - both MEDIA driven.

fact:

Im not an Alan Jones fan but he’s got this one right.

shhh dont mention the London loos.

Alan .... when he realises things aren’t going his way.

Alan can fool most of the stupid people most of the time.

Sad but true, we are still convicts being Governed by people that do not have our best interests at heart.

Alan Jones is mentally deranged! Hey Alan, are you missing it up the Kyber! Not getting your fudge packed! Missing biting your pillow! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Don’t despair, stores are open! you can always go buy a vibrator!

Oh, here you are, trying to sensationalise something to keep your name out there, Alan. You are irrelevant!

If the best people Sky news can get to attack Victoria are Andrew 'The Hill I die on is defending Pedophiles'' Bolt and Alan ''I was sacked from a highschool for writing love letters and being inappropriate with young men'' then I really don't know what to say.

Lucky we have a democracy and courts to protect everyday Aussies from people like Alan Jones.

A little off topic but, Hey Alan Jones, there’s no need to be racist. You can call it a police divisional van because that’s what it is but it’s racist to call it as you did a “Paddy wagon”, why don’t you just call it a coon wagon, I bet you won’t.
