Sky News contributor Jane Marwick says Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews referenced the WHO in regards to the lifespan of COVID-19 on surfaces, but ignored the WHO’s advice not to use lockdowns as a primary control method. In a press conference on Friday Premier Andrews said, “World Health Organisation research this week talks about on surfaces for 28 days and that’s why we’ve stepped up cleaning and we’re looking at all those issues”.
