Hundreds of thousands of people with mental health conditions in 60 countries are still being chained, according to a comprehensive and damning new study.

Horrific abuse. Praying for those souls.

While there are Cultures which Induce Mental Illnesses.. Because it's Solely Based on Concept of Superiority/Inferiority by Birth. Mentally ill individuals full of society. India CasteSystem
