In situations like these, the heuristics we use to discern danger become obsolete. How can I learn to trust the world again?

MonicaLewinsky Thank you MonicaLewinsky mental health is a topic close to me. Almost lost love ones because of suicide. I’ve battle demons since a child and this year a person brought triggers that cause lots of pain. Therapy helped and the fact I love life. For me life is never the same.
