NEW: President Trump said he would leave Walter Reed Medical Center and return to the White House at 6:30 p.m. ET on Monday, three days after being admitted to the hospital for treatment of complications from COVID-19

President Trump said he would leave Walter Reed Medical Center and return to the White House on Monday at 6:30 p.m. ET, three days after being admitted to the hospital for treatment of complications from COVID-19.

Early Friday morning, Trump announced that he and first lady Melania Trump had tested positive for the coronavirus. The president was brought to the hospital via Marine One on Friday night after he had developed a fever and his blood oxygen level had “dropped rapidly” and required supplemental oxygen, according to White House chief of staff Mark Meadows. Trump received an experimental antibody treatment along with the antiviral remdesivir and the anti-inflammatory steroid dexamethasone.

“I was trying to reflect the upbeat attitude of the team [and] the president over the course of his illness,” Conley said. “I didn’t want to give any info that might steer the course of illness in another direction, and it came off that we were trying to hide something, which wasn’t necessarily true.”

Story continuesLate Sunday afternoon, Trump briefly left Walter Reed in a motorcade to salute flag-waving supporters outside the hospital, drawing sharp criticism for putting the driver, his aides and Secret Service at risk of contracting the virus.

Trump is selfish; he's treating COVID again with only his ego on his mind (thinking everyone has VIP care) and prolonging this crisis; we must condemn him (really condemn him not like 'stand by' or stand X like he told white supremacists) TrumpCovid19

All the doctors reporting ok him look upset.

Why didn't he insist the doctors give him hydroxychloroquine?

Wait for it...... “No one can fight COVID like I did. Believe me. Millions of people called me to congratulate me on how quickly I recovered. It was the greatest, most wonderful recovery in the history of all pandemics. That I can tell you.” - Donald Trump

The Biden campaign should buy a one minute of silence ad, on all four major networks, for respect of the 200k Americans who have died.

Gosh, and who wants to hug him when he gets home?
