No. In and of themselves, no. We have seen time and time again that the American public is not only resistant to obeying protocols, they downright ignore them period from black lives matter's, to trump rallies, to NFL coaches and University students. Tests won't change behavior

A new strategy should involve reliable antibody tests. It’s 100% likelihood that we’re testing people who have already had the virus - over and over again. This is a waste of resources, but more important, those who are immune can/should reenter the economy
