Her recommendations for self-care include proper sleep, routine exercise, positive social connections and mental stimulation. IDENTIFY, PRACTICE AND MASTER COPING SKILLS “Back in March, we learnt about ourselves,” she said. “We learned what we did well to get through the stress of lockdown and we learned what we didn’t do so well.”

If it weren't for MSM like you, most people would just accept facts they can easily find & not ending up with so much fear. I personally have a close friend who ended up in a psych ward for 3 weeks due to all the fear mongering! COVID19 is not killing everyone!
