Sky News host Peter Gleeson says there is speculation Daniel Andrews himself 'will go before Christmas' following the recent resignation of Victorian health minister Jenny Mikakos.

Sky News host Peter Gleeson says there is speculation Daniel Andrews himself "will go before Christmas" following the recent resignation of Victorian health minister Jenny Mikakos. "Good luck with that one, you wouldn’t prise him out of that office with a crowbar," Mr Gleeson said. Ms Mikakos resigned from her role on Saturday after Premier Andrews recently named her as the person responsible for the state’s hotel quarantine program.

“The brutal political slaying of Jenny Mikakos by Victorian premier Daniel Andrews was overdue and not surprising,” Mr Gleeson said. “It had to happen because it is clear that this government has handled the COVID-19 response appallingly and Mikakos was one of the key ministers to drop the ball”. Mr Gleeson also said, “surely it’s time for the hapless Jobs Minister Martin Pakula to go”. “Pakula is such a liability for this government. He just doesn’t get anything right”.

The Dan stans can’t see it but he is already finished. The quarantine fkup is provably his, and the economic pain that will fester until the next election will be pinned on him too. Dead man walking, he will be knifed by a faceless party drone 🔪🔪

So what, the Labour will still be arround until Nov 22

We can only hope. I think though that he needs a big push by his party, the governor and the people of Victoria. standdandown sackdanandrews

🙏🤞

Seriously , do you ever tweet about anything else? Do you wonder why you're becoming irrelevant, relying on subsidies to stay afloat?

Andrews will end up in Jail after the inevitable Royal Commission instead of the pathetic Quarantine Inquiry white wash. He'll face 25 years jail for manslaughter under his own Worksafe legislation. Poetic justice.

Sooner the better

Speculation in the tea room

key word speculation ie chinese whispers

Dan is here to stay, next Vic election will be a confirmation of his adoration by Victorians. A good, diligent man.

3possums3 Of course, he will, he has said he will remain until the job is done, and his job is lowering these case numbers. He does not care about anything other than the case numbers he is responsible for in the first place.

Doubt it. There's speculation that the Murdoch propaganda machine will lose more billions by Christmas though.

Really?

There is speculation that will go before Xmas due to lack of an audience and the disgust of the Australian people. After AlanTudgeMP being declared a criminal and a news channel completely ignoring the information.

You keep believing that Peter - time will tell but if you are so good you can see the future, you're in the wrong job.

Nope. Australians want him to stay. Australians are becoming more critical and discerning of news. endthemurdochracy

Speculation by whom? I wouldn’t put much store on barking mad hosts like Gleeson.

“...my family means more to me and after successfully steering Victoria and Australians to safety, it’s time for me to devote my attention to those I love dearest”. Thanks for the $$$, seeya suckers!

Mum loves Peter's look tonight.

Hahaha. Hold the front page - There's speculation blah, blah, blah, and here is the speculation. Sky 'News'

And there is speculation all of Murdoch's media is as full as a hat with fascist loving propagandists

There's a rumour that Gleeson needs a new manager so he doesn't have to handle himself

LcmPasquale He won’t resign willingly. He’ll get boned by his party. ALP MPs need to DobInDan

Thank you for your service Peter.

Rubbish.
