PETALING JAYA: Three new Covid-19 clusters have been detected in the country – two in Sabah and one in Kuala Lumpur, says health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.

The Buang Sayang cluster was detected in Sipitang, Sabah, with the index case travelling to the town from Sep 7-20.

Active case detection and ten close contacts were screened, and four people tested positive while six are still awaiting results. Further screening of 66 individuals saw nine testing positive while 57 are still waiting for test results.
