They are the Buang Sayang cluster inNoor Hisham said the Buang Sayang cluster started from Patient 10,265 who had travelled to Sipitang, Sabah from Sept 7 to Sept 20 and began to show symptoms on Sept 19.Following active case detection, four of the patient's close contact were found positive with Covid-19 and another six are awaiting results.The case, who is asymptomatic, was found through community testing on Sept 18. The patient was admitted to Tawau Hospital.
Following the discovery, active case detection was initiated and nine other people related to the patient were found to be positive.Noor Hisham said measures are being taken to curb the spread and all affected areas have been sanitised.
