DA says country not ready for NHI eNCA

The criticism comes despite President Cyril Ramaphosa having praised some hospitals for putting building blocks in place to get ready for the country's vision of universal healthcare.Public hearings have been held in all provinces and members of the public have made written submissions against a deadline set for earlier this year.

The DA is not convinced Parliament will run a thorough process for considering thousands of these submissions.
