Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said four Covid-19 clusters saw an increase in cases today. — Bernama pic KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 9 — Four Covid-19 clusters saw an increase in cases today, Tan Sri Noor Hisham Abdullah announced. In a statement, the director-general of the Ministry of Health said that these belonged to the Sungai Tua, Telaga, Tawar and Benteng Lahad Datu clusters.
