The National Health Commission said in a statement that all new cases were imported infections involving travellers from overseas, marking the 23nd consecutive day of no local infections.

It’s normal to be skeptic about the reports coming out of China. But if you do get a chance to experience daily live there, you do realize they are going back normal much faster than any major country. Yeah, numbers might be biased but facts are not.
There is no doubt that China has been very successful in containing the virus. Hope China will produce effective vaccines too.
