LONDON - The rise in COVID-19 infections in Britain is “concerning”, Health Secretary Matt Hancock said on Monday, but he added that the government was still in control of the pandemic.“The rise in the number of cases we’ve seen in the last few days is largely among younger people,” Hancock told LBC Radio.

Asked if the government had lost control, he said: “No, but the whole country needs to follow the social distancing because we can only do this as a whole society.”Reporting by Elizabeth Piper and Paul Sandle

The only thing that is out of control, is the Government's thought rationale!!

Must be very irritatingly, embarrassing to be a reporter forced to continue an obviously withering narrative, substantiated by false data and lies that even the CDC is now admitting to.

Bla Bla Bla. He ain’t that concerned coz he ain’t making people get health checks to see who potentially has an opportunity underlying health condition. Look at people at hospitals there is not, nor in reas and less even are dying. A lot of positives are neither ill nor contagious. This is the goal of vaccination, to get a majority of healthy COVID19 carrier. Hancock-'...but social distancing remained [sic] the first line of defence.' Right. So how much are you being paid and what are you being paid to do? In 8 months, all you have come up with is social distancing. Testing is woeful. A vaccine years off. Tracing is pathetic.
