Russian prosecutors ask Germany for details of poison tests on Navalny: paper

FILE PHOTO: Russian opposition politician Alexei Navalny takes part in a rally to mark the 5th anniversary of opposition politician Boris Nemtsov's murder and to protest against proposed amendments to the country's constitution, in Moscow, Russia February 29, 2020. REUTERS/Shamil Zhumatov

Russian prosecutors said last month they saw no need for a criminal investigation into the case as they had found no sign that any crime had been committed. “Is there a conclusion of a commission of forensic medical experts with a detailed spectral analysis of any narcotic, psychotropic, potent, poisonous substances identified in the organism of A.A. Navalny, including heavy metals?” asked the letter, which was posted in full on RBC’s website.

Right.

Als je ergens van beschulfigd wordt mag je ook het bewijs zien toch?

They prefer quality-assured poisoning.

By the time the Russians let Navalny go, his system was probably flushed clean. Now they want the results. Sure..

They want the information so they can do a more thorough job of the poisoning next time. They are wondering 'what did we do wrong?'.

'See, we need to know what you guys found, so we do a better job next time' Say that with a Russian accent.

20$ says it was Novichok
