The chair of the Irish Medical Organisation's GP committee has said the availability of non-Covid services is a major concern.

Speaking on RTÉ's Morning Ireland, Dr Denis McCauley said GPs are spending much of their day trying to access services in hospital for people who are genuinely ill, some with cancer.Dr McCauley said non-Covid services in hospital are not at a level that he would feel is safe and he would be comfortable with.
