It is reasonable to create a mask mandate for people who are INSIDE SPACES (buses, trains, planes) and cannot guarantee SOCIAL DISTANCING; But a Victorian style Mask Mandate (whenever people are OUTSIDE in the open air) is definitely a MISTAKE and irrelevant in stopping the virus
