Claude Julien says he's 'feeling great' and that he will return to the Canadiens bench next season.

Claude Julien affirme qu'il se sent très bien et que si les Canadiens avaient gagné le match #6, il serait retourné dans la bulle à Toronto.

Claude Julien says that he is feeling great and if the Canadiens had won Game 6, he would have returned to the bubble in Toronto.Julien left the Toronto bubble earlier this month following a brief hospitalization for chest pains. He returned home to Montreal, with associate coach Kirk Muller taking over head coaching duties in his place.

He told reporters that he feels “100 per cent” and that he would’ve been back with the team this summer, had Montreal managed to push their first-round series against the Philadelphia beyond Game 6. Claude Julien says he's doing extremely well, and that he's recovered to the point that he'd have returned to the bubble had the Canadiens beat Philadelphia. "I had a scare, but I can come back at 100 per cent."Julien was rushed to the hospital following Game 1 against the Flyers. The team announced shortly after that he was returning to Montreal to rest following the stenting of a coronary artery, and that doctors expected a full recovery.

"In the middle of the night I just woke up and didn't feel right. There was chest pains there and it really felt like it was heartburn… I reached out to the trainer and we decided it was safer to go to the hospital… and they discovered I needed a stent." Claude Julien"This is common enough, and other NHL coaches have had stents inserted and still coached. I'm not the first, and I won't be the last."–Claude Julien.
