The number of people using the program to get hydromorphone, an opioid that can be prescribed as a replacement for heroin or fentanyl, has more than doubled recently. Not just a B.C. problem. It's a national travesty. Get the effing toxic, garbage black market drugs outa' here & decriminalize possession so stigmatized addicts don't overdose alone. Addiction is not a crime. It's a lifelong mental health struggle.
