An envelope believed to contain "white powder" was discovered at the building.A spokeswoman said: "Gardai are currently at the scene of the incident after the discovery of a suspicious parcel.The facility on Baggot Street in Dublin was previously evacuated back in March after a suspect package was sent to former Health Minister Simon Harris.

The Defence Forces and Bomb Disposal Unit were deployed to deal with the incident, with the entire street closed off.
