Touching toes is total BS I’m nearly 66 & can grab toes & stand with hands palm down on the floor but have had 3 heart attacks, 2 strokes & triple heart bypass also a swimmer all my life yet have just had hip replacement & not obese...Genes 🤷‍♀️
