The Management of the Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital, Sagamu, Ogun State, has ordered the shutdown of its main laboratory for two weeks.

The closure was apparently a reaction to the scourge of COVID-19 that had hit the workers in the medical laboratory of the OOUTH.

It was further gathered that the number of the affected staff of the hospital laboratory was now 34, including a family of four; the wife of one of the lab workers and his three children.
