How does beer (which is 95% water) get you dehydrated? ?? perhaps if the UK distanced itself from the USA more maybe we wouldn’t be influenced by all the crap food and huge portions we seem to get offered for sale.
I'm not so sure about that... People frequenting pubs are usually slim. And I'm pretty sure there are other countries that drink more than the UK. The cause is lack of exercise and abundance of food.
