MCO to return if virus cases escalate, says Noor Hisham

THE movement-control order or the conditional MCO will be re-enforced if local Covid-19 transmissions escalate. Director-general of health Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the government has no choice but to do so if a second wave emerges.
