A surgical clinic in Melbourne stood down staff and began rescheduling surgery after the Victorian health department falsely told a health worker she was positive for Covid-19 after twice telling her she was negative.

Clerical errors happened before COVID. Massively increasing the workload and pressure is only going to increase their frequency.

This type of grave mistake is happening in developed countries also. I thought this happens in South Asian countries like Bangladesh , Pakistan and India
