Bullies with billy clubs. And here we are again.

Why do black people have to die before we realize inhumanity?

TC_133 This hurts my heart. I'd love to have met him. It would have been an honor and a privilege. 💔

JohnLewisDoc It's such cynical garbage that we seeing wall-to-wall coverage of what this (good!) man did 60 years ago, and yet there's a media embargo on BLM protest coverage. Civil rights is not something from the 1960s, and it's a fight Lewis ultimately LOST. Because we still fighting NOW

Oh my! I thought his body had already been laid to rest.

Six-day celebration of life for Rep. John Lewis begins SaturdayThe late Rep. John Lewis -- a civil rights and voting rights icon known as the 'conscience of the U.S. Congress' -- will cross the Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma, Alabama, for a final time this weekend, as part of a six-day celebration of life. True hero, I would love to cross that bridge with him and hope they change the name first. If I'm not mistaken, I heard him promoting the cause of Black Lives Matters, not many days before his death. That isn't exactly the 'conscience' of Congress. It's more like victim mentality pandering and grievance mongering. Quite appropriate was such a legendary icon as mr. John Lewis! And all of us should get on board for the idea of changing the name of the bridge 2 ...🙏✊John Lewis!
