Health Director-General Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said out of the 23 new infections, six were imported cases involving four Malaysians and two foreigners who are residents in the country, or who came into the country for work purposes.
"From the 17 local cases, ten cases involved Malaysians and seven involved foreigners," he said in a statement Wednesday ."Up until now, three patients are still being treated at intensive care units. Two patients require a ventilator," he said.Article type: free
