Confectionary is different now to when I was a kid in the 70s. More coca then, less sugar content. Rein in the food industry & not the consumer. Legistrate in law for less sugar, salt & hydrogenated crap. Or are the food manufacturers more powerful than the government?
They can't do anything with companies lobbying government & government in bed with them. Gov are too frightened to loose money.

Good. My foot injury is part due to increase weight on joints due to weight pile on over lockdown. I've now halved my calorie intake&I'm rehabilitating my life. Been here before several times in my life. Been lots heavier, too. Yoyo weight. Chemotherapy sent me the other way too

simple rules - avoid processed food, especially ANY fast food - avoid eating alongside other activities, because you will miss your bodies signals that it is 'full' - drink water, only water - and a lot of it - avoid going by car/transport, if you can also walk
