The COVID-19 cases among overseas Filipinos surpassed 9,100 after the DFA reported 135 new infections on Monday. | CMRamosINQ

“Figures today also show that two more countries in the African region were added to the list, bringing the total number of countries/regions with COVID-19 cases among Filipinos to 67,” the department said.. Of the number, 23,072 have so far recovered while 1,835 have died from the disease.

Globally, over 14 million individuals have so far been infected by the new coronavirus, which originated from Wuhan City in China’s Hubei province late last year.
