And people started congregating, and not wearing masks, and feeling like it's over and maybe summer, it'll all go away,” he said.

Mask Illogical Delusion. FFR (which AREN’T masks or Face coverings) like your A/C filters, have Micron ratings, the size particle they will filter/stop. Unless your mask,face covering has a micron rating to filter virus level particulates mask wear is misleading OSHA VIOLATION.
Surgical masks will NOT stop aerosolized particles as small as a droplet of influenza virus. C19 particles are 0.1 Microns. N95 Respirator only filters larger than 0.3 Microns. Masks stop bacteria not viruses
