Political writer Joe Garofoli says mask wearing has been overly politicised in the US, with some arguing the protective garment goes against their right to freedom.

“It’s all political, Republicans generally see this as an intrusion of the long arm of government,” he told Sky News.

“This is health policy we’re talking about here, this is not about freedom, but that is how it’s being portrayed by some Republican governors who are saying it is an overstepping of government policy.” Image: AP

Wearing a mask IS about their right to freedom. The right to actual live and not die. So don’t wear one because we are overpopulated. Listen to those who say don’t wear one While they keep safe . Obviously when God was giving out brains you were somewhere else

The reality is that the whole thing is about a political agenda. The same politicians that have no problem with abortion etc want us to believe that they actually care about our health and safety. Give me a break.

Are the freedom they have right now absolute and dose Congress have the power to temporarily enforce wearing masks. In England that have done that and Australia may be next.

Damn right. We ain’t wearing no masks. And they can’t make us.

The people that argue against masks are the same people with 2000 guns under their bed
