I rode americanair in early June from CA to TX and back- they are LYING. All 4 flights were packed, they never social distanced and people could take off their masks to eat and drink. They have been flying full flights since the beginning of June.

Flew AA 4 times this week. Thought AA was very safety conscious. Every passenger had a mask. No mask, no boarding. If you aren’t comfortable, don’t fly.

In other news, investors at SouthwestAir have been making plans to figure out where they will park all of the AmericanAir planes that they buy when that carrier goes bankrupt.
They've already been filling planes since the second week of June. Whatever they told people before is BS. My fiance and I flew to Florida and had a full plane both ways despite the expectation of sparsely populated flights.

This is not new. I flew cross country on packed AAL planes in early June.
I became aware of the problems with flying commercial 10 years ago when a child I knew contracted meningitis on a flight from Germany to America. As much as I would like to travel, I won’t. Air travel is a death sentence if you play the odds more than a few times.
