A 29-year-old man with bipolar disorder was tased multiple times by NYPD officers at his home Sunday in Queens, New York, and later died from cardiac arrest.
Police then tased him, and he"suffered a cardiac event." Zapantis was transported to NewYork-Presbyterian Queens Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Tasered multiple times with six police standing over him and he goes into cardiac arrest. How many of them are trained in First Aid/CPR? How many of the six intervened and assisted with life saving measures? If not why not and why isn’t it negligence if they did nothing?
Who is training US Police? Nazi
Yes let’s talk about how a taser IS a Deadly weapon shall we?
“Another Unarmed Man was Tased to Death by Police,” there I fixed it for you.
RIP.
Who trains the police in this place every one of these videos (the tip of the iceberg) shows the police in a state of complete panic acting chaotically making situations worse.
They didn't send in another type of task force due to the type of call they received, 'man with a gun.' When a police officer arrives at any scene, you comply. Since when would it make sense to go through your entire medical history while swinging a samurai sword?
This is where a psychologist task force may have been more helpful. DefundThePolice
Ok...where?
These cops are killing people for no reason.
