Govt allows Aidiladha celebration, ritual slaughter

MUSLIMS can celebrate Hari Raya Aidiladha next month, but the ritual slaughter can only be held at certain places, said Senior Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob today. The green light from the government comes after it had previously limited the celebrations of Hari Raya Aidilfitri in May, and barred people from returning to their hometowns to stop the spread of Covid-19.
