Taiping supermarket shut down for flouting health, safety rules

LOCAL authorities have ordered the closure of a supermarket in Taiping due to poor compliance with the Health Ministry’s health and safety guidelines, reportedThe supermarket was ordered to close even though it had a registration logbook for visitors and a temperature reading device to check them for fever.
