VICTORIA -- B.C. health officials announced 11 new cases of COVID-19 Tuesday, bringing the province’s total to 2,756 cases since the pandemic began.
The majority of COVID-19 cases continue to be found in the province’s Lower Mainland. The Fraser Health region has recorded 1,426 case of COVID-19 while the Vancouver Coastal Health region has confirmed 940 cases since the pandemic began. Health officials say that 2,416 people in B.C. who had tested positive for the virus have now recovered.
