Government had said that the Burundian president died from a heart attack. Medical sources at the hospital where Pierre Nkurunziza died said he had been in 'respiratory distress'.

Burundi was ranked last (156) in the 'World Happiness Report 2018'. They have the 5th highest Fertility Rate in the world. Burundi women on avg have 6.3 children nearly 3x the Global Avg. Much of the country has been deforested & used for grazing. Maybe they need a new President.
