Australians won't be able to head overseas until the middle of September after the government quietly extended its travel bans to September 17.

The restrictions on international trips were set to expire on June 17, however, the health department confirmed it had been stretched. Travel bubbles could be given the go-ahead if deemed safe including the expected proposal with New Zealand. The ban will allow some travellers to cash-in on insurance payments which require the government ban to be in place. Image: News Corp Australia

This had better apply to all incoming travellers including international students. No foreign students should be allowed in from any country with higher levels of COVID19 than Australia or New Zealand. If Scott Morrison allows this he will be a joke. It will cost him dearly

How ridiculous

Some of us don’t want to fly overseas for a vacation, some of us just want to be reunited with our partners and immediate families!!!! This is awful 😭

Narwee2209 What, but what?

Narwee2209 But foreign students coming in is ok?

Liberal party sneaky

Well that better mean no foreign students till September as well

Let’s travel in our country. It’s spectacular! So much to see

It’ll be at least 2021. Lets get realistic

It is possible we will no longer have airlines. This Government and the stupid PM has pushed us to near extinction based on low level medical advise from so called experts.
