They where locked up because it was being stolen. Not racial... just numbers. The racial part is why these people where stealing it in the first place: disadvantaged and marginalized part of society.
This is stupid...the most logical thing to do is reduce the cost of these ethnically pointed products and keep them secure since theft is the main reason they’re locked up and train staff at all stores to ensure availability to assist the mostly minority customers.
