The different activist groups kicked off their protest action against the controversial anti-terrorism bill with a Friday afternoon forum at University of the Philippines . “We are frustrated that amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, the House of Representatives and the Senate prioritized this repressive bill over the urgent needs of the people,” they added.
