|NSW One Nation leader Mark Latham says the "disease of identity politics" has really "hit peak insanity" after Secretary of State for the Home Department in the UK, Priti Patel, was accused of 'gaslighting' in the racism debate. Ms Patel recently criticised the toppling of a statue of slaver Edward Colston in Bristol, saying it undermined the Black Lives Matter protests.

Widespread Black Lives Matter protests have been seen across the UK, while statues of significant figures in history have been vandalised or destroyed in the past days. The Left and the activists in the UK have come out and "gaslighted" Ms Patel due to the fact she went "against the mob rule," Sky News host Peta Credlin said. "The Left and the activists have really gone after her," Ms Credlin said.
