TORONTO -- In some areas of Ontario, one of the provinces struck hardest by the pandemic, cases of COVID-19 are rising again in an unexpected group: young people largely in their 20s.
The Greater Toronto Area has also reported relatively higher numbers of cases among young people. In York Region, nearly 20 per cent of new cases were people between the ages of 20 and 34, and around 18 per cent of Peel Region’s new cases were those between the ages of 20 and 29, according to local health units.
The bigger concern, he said, is “who do they go home to? Or, who are they in touch with? Do they have elderly parents, or grandparents that they’re in touch with who might have a more severe illness? Or […] are they commuting, or interacting with others [and] unknowingly transmitting the infection?” Bogoch said that even though Alberta is part of the country that has flattened the curve, there likely will still be smaller outbreaks when schools reopen.

Couldn't buy some produce Fortinos yesterday because two teen boys stocking the section were hanging out with 4 girls for longer than I had time for. No masks, touching, talking, laughing over all the veg. Other staff and a social distancing announcement didn't stop them either

Track their movements through their phones and see they are not staying home. Many are working and some are out 3-4 times a day for various non essential reasons. The group I see most not wearing masks and living on take out/ delivery.
