There are various modes of quarantine. Was new case in household quarantine or hotel quarantine? Important detail in terms of community transmission. I’m presuming they were in household quarantine given you say small number of close contacts are now in precautionary quarantine
How and why are we letting people come into Australia without showing they aren’t infected. Surely this would have to be a prerequisite before boarding a plane to Australia.
