Perhaps addressing the 'bottled up' tension between mainly BAME gangs and the horrific knife crime figures would be better time spent in finding a solution to rather than the US State policing policies.
So if the police try to keep them 2m apart entirely for their own safety whilst ignoring their own safety and allowing them to still protest, there might be violence as a result. Some food for thought right there.
