WHO advises public to wear face masks when unable to distance

People over 60 or with health issues should wear a medical-grade mask when they are out and cannot socially distance, according to new guidance from the World Health Organization, while all others should wear a three-layer fabric mask.

Lies lies lies, this organisation only is good at telling lies! They snd China don’t even want to disclose the true nature of this virus which is killing thousands every day. Most doctors and countries do not have a clue what kind of virus they are dealing with!

Known all along.....it’s as clear as the mask on your face it must keep something out. This Government decided we weren’t to be trusted to continue to self distance and wash hands if we wear a mask. Don’t know about you but I’m capable of all three!

Where do people get hold of these types of face mask? No point requesting it when there's no mention on how to source them.

Why hasn't Irish Govt made this a condition of 'reopening'? Just been in 2 v busy but small local shops today & I was only one wearing a mask in either! SimonHarrisTD CMOIreland
