“We’ve been mindful about the ongoing debate around the show. So on the advice of medical experts, including Dr Christine Moutier, Chief Medical Officer at the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, we’ve decided with creator Brian Yorkey and the producers to edit the scene in which Hannah takes her own life from season one.”
There are many scenes in TV dramas from the last 16 or so years that should by removed including many from the BBC which I mainly blame for pushing the boundary of what is acceptable. Extreme violence from the BBC is not something we should expect.
THEN FUCKING PIRATE IT. NO ANTI_CENSORSHIP. If we don't want to watch it, we'll just DROP THE SHOW. Is it rated by the MPAA by episode? Can I get a breakdown of the episode before I watch? Or can you can you stop trying to be 'edgy?' SWEETY TODD! EDWARD 'SCISSORS IN HIS HANDS'
Stupid, kids these days watch far worse in movies and TV. I personally don't see anything wrong with the scene. Yes it's confronting but that's the whole point.
An interesting list though.
you know something else that really bothers me they make enough money you would think through this pandemic they would let people stream for free
After watching one season - I hope the scene you can’t watch is every single one they’ve ever shot
Glad I never watched this trash to begin with
