1) If somebody cant breathe, what does that lead to? 2) If you have your knee on someones neck and they TELL YOU they cant breathe, what is it reasonable to assume will happen? 3) If you dont then release the knee, it is because your INTENTION is to cause the result of (1).
Well then the DA needs to gather the evidence, make additional arrests if necessary, file additional charges if warranted, develop his case, and not f’ it up (like many cases that are rushed due to public pressure).
