COVID-Safe app not working: NSW Health

The app requires Bluetooth access on your smartphone. Like when your phone seeks out your car Bluetooth or your headphone, your phone once you open the app, will seek out other phones which have the app installed.

The records being kept are stored on your own phone in encrypted storage. You can't see the list, no-one else can access the list. If, and only if you test positive to COVID-19, your State Health department will ask if you have the app, and if you are willing to provide the contact tracing data.

The govt can’t operate call centres that work effectively, why am I not surprised they can’t run this, a dodgy app informing people of a possible serious illness is a shit idea, lot worse than no app yet people got it. Don’t get the app, Chinese built, false positives

A lot of apps on my phone have glitches , can't log in, locked out for using the right password although it's the right one and so on. Not surprised a gov run app has issues

I downloaded this app twice, both times my phone wouldn't let it run due to the battery saver. Switched the saver off, gave the app permission to override the saver still nothing. Deleted the app.
