England can't afford theirs... they tried to sell the garbage to America.. I think all the connected people are getting desperate for their new cash cow, seeing that SAA cow is in the field bloated and invested with maggots..

Government can't even run a small rural municipality. Given the number of employed versus number of unemployed, this is going to be an unaffordable enterprise, regardless of the white doctor leading the charge. Another disaster from the dictatorship.
