Everyone likes to compare with the worse one, and then get back confidence from it
There’s no point in highlighting this when deaths are counted differently. Belgium includes deaths in care homes not tested for Covid. When other countries start being honest with figures, which include care homes deaths, then you can pump out these headlines.

Belgium counts deaths in different ways. They count even suspected COVID deaths as well.
